Vocal lessons with Keren Gaiser
Join us in a magical week filled with a song!
If you always had a love or curiosity about singing but didn’t have a chance to take lessons, or if you sing and want to improve your skills with new techniques, join us in this special workshop where you are singing in the woods surrounded by mountains.
Keren will take you through a journey of discovery as you dive into the heart of singing. We will learn various breath techniques to help lengthen and straighten the right muscles used while singing. We will do warm ups through games each day plus vocal exercises and (of course) Songs!
Each student will have the option of picking a song from a list provided by Keren, and focus on it during the week. Students may also choose the option of singing a piece together as well. Collaboration with the music courses is a possibility. We present our accomplishments at the end of the week.
With over 20 years of experience onstage and as a recording artist, Keren now uses her talents and experience to inspire others to find their own voices and grow musically.
Whether working with professionals or beginners, Keren helps students around the bay area and beyond to develop tools to improve their technique and presentation while keeping their own uniqueness as artists. As a voice teacher she enjoys bringing out the best in her students while watching them gain confidence and reach their personal goals.
For the past 8 years Keren has been teaching in El Sobrante, and Corte Madera.
Keren uses the Bel Canto & Speech Level techniques, incorporated with meditation, floor work, and different Pilates exercises to enhance her students lungs, core, ribs and other inner muscles all while developing and transforming their bodies into strong vocalists.
Keren has performed in the United States and abroad, has released numerous original albums, acted in musicals, won honorees such as the Billboard 14th world songwriting contest for her song ‘If you Just Believe’, as well as mentioned in articles, interviews and magazines such as: Street voice Magazine, Spin magazine and fireworks magazine.
In 2014 Keren’s music was placed placed at the Scary Cow film festival movie ‘The Florida Purse’, that took 1st place.
Keren continues touching others with her amazing musical abilities, performances, and recordings.
