How to Register
Use the “Register Now” button on any page on this website. If you get an error message when you click on the register now button, try refreshing your browser window at the top, or choosing a different browser platform. Contact us if you have further issues.
When you register, you will be asked to choose your primary (morning) class. A second choice is required in case your first choice class is full or must be cancelled. We try to keep on top of the class lists and show when a class is full. However, in the event your first choice class has filled before we receive your registration, we will notify you as soon as possible and verify that your second choice class is still what you wish.
Please note that each participant must register separately. You will be able to indicate whether you are attending camp with someone and/or would like to share lodgings with a specific person.

- March 16 – April 30 – Regular registration
- April 30 – All payments agreed upon must be received by this time.
- May 1 – May 24 – Last minute registration – campers accepted on a space available basis.

Additional fees:
- Solo Supplement: $510 (tent/cabins are typically double occupancy and roommates can be arranged; a very limited number of single cabins are available for this extra fee)
- Electricity: $76 per tent/cabin (optional)
Refund Policy
- A full refund (minus a $75 administration fee) will be issued until March 15.
- After March 15 until April 30 a partial refund will be issued for the full amount minus $847 per person.
- After April 30 – no refund will be issued for any reason whatsoever.
