Refund Policy: A full refund (minus a $65 administration fee) will be issued until March 15. After March 15 until April 30 a partial refund will be issued for the full amount (minus $625 per person in a class). After April 30, 2024 - no refund at all for any reason whatsoever will be issued. FRAC means Feather River Art Camp. *
