We welcome families who want to bring children to experience arts classes while you are taking your morning classes.
We are currently developing an arts and crafts class for a kid to teen group. Most likely it will involve bookmaking/story/puppet making leading to a performance. Jocelyn Michael, a multi-talented creative, who has taught art and music to kids for many years, ten years as a credentialed instructor in San Leandro will be leading this group.
Some adjustments to the class may be made depending on the number of kids enrolled.
As an Art Camp benefit, your kids may also participate with you in the two-hour, one-time afternoon and evening art workshops.
Kids age 14 and must be under your supervision outside of their class times. You can structure your own time with them in the afternoons and evenings.
Depending on water levels and currents in the creek, with concerns for safety, swimming may or may not be available within camp under supervision of a lifeguard at scheduled times.
