Wake up and begin your day with a series of meditative excercises designed to stretch and strengthen your body increase
circulation and build energy. Qi Gong (Chi Kung) means "energy skills." We work with the mind and the breath, infusing your
body with a deeper experience. Tai Chi translates as "the supreme ultimate void." Tai Chi excercises are designed to help
"open up" the energy pathways of your body and get the "chi"and blood flowing. Gradually through practice and instruction
we learn to relax the muscles and tendons, to move from a grounded center without straining, into a place where body mind
and spirit harmonize in motion.
