Art Camp for adults at the
Oakland
Feather River Camp has been an annual event since 1991. It is well known
for its inspirational classes, taught by recognized professionals, offered in a beautiful mountain setting. It clearly provides
the opportunity for a surge of creative energy to
enlighten the rest of your year.
Art Camp 2007 will be the second year we also feature
fine-arts classes specificly for children. This will enable creative families to join us, sharing in the
excitement of learning and creating. Teens accompanied by parents may enroll in
adult classes.
INFORMATION
Arrival: Sunday, June22,
noon to
4pm. The first Art Camp
orientation activity is at 5:00pm for all.
Departure: Sunday, June 29, after
breakfast
Location: The camp is located
approx. 225 miles north-east of Oakland in the Sierra foothills at an elevation
of 3400’ off of Highway 70. The
town of Quincy on Highway 89 is 5 miles away. See the "map" page for directions.
Fees: Includes three meals per
day, lodging, instruction, camp
activities and workshops.

“Family or friend of Art Camp” fee - $385. This includes spouses
and friends who accompany art campers, but do not participate in the arts classes. It includes two complimentary afternoon
or evening workshops, butdoes
not include any morning arts classes, but does include all meals, accommodations and
camp amenities along with the great atomsphere of art camp.

your class provided after you
enroll. Often, the supplies you already have will suffice. Some classes have
material fees noted next to the course description.
Supplies are included
